Remove Existing Circuit Board
- Remove Input Terminal lid by loosening the (4) phillips head screws and carefully lifting it off base. There are rubber washers on the inside of the screws. Make sure to save them, they will be used when the lid goes back on. Unplug three cables connecting into circuit board and place carefully aside.
- Remove (4) screws holding in cover plate and remove plate.
- Disconnect all cable terminals, please take note where they are connected in order to plug them in correctly in the new board.
- Remove old board by unscrewing the (8) Phillips head screws.
Install New Circuit Board
- Place old board next to new board and verify that the jumper settings are identical and the dip switches are in the same position. The jumpers are shown to the right and are labeled on the board (e.g. Jumper 1 is labeled JP1) These must match or the board will not work correctly.
- Install new board into base, securing with (8) Phillips screws.
- Plug all cables back into their proper place.
- Secure cover plate with (4) Phillips screws.
- Reconnect cables from lid and resecure using rubber washers and (4) Phillips screws. Make sure there are no cables pinched between the lid base when you tighten down the lid.
