- Remove the bill dispenser drawer from the drawer slides on the left and right sides. Set the drawer on a flat surface to work on.
- Mount the new walls on the drawer with the hardware provided – 3 ea. ¼” bolt, 5/8” flat washer, and lock washer. On the side of the drawer with the black handle, mount the outer wall (without the notch) to the inner set of holes in the drawer. Align the edge of the washers with the outer edge of the wall.
- On the side of the drawer with the notch, mount the inner wall (with the notch) to the outer set of holes – 3 ea. ¼” bolts, 7/8” flat washer, and lock washer. Push the wall all the way out against the washers. Then set the distance between the tops of the 2 walls to 11 and ¼ inches by pushing or pulling on the top of the inner wall.
- Use the included 5/16” nut and small washer to attach the cable clamp to the screw stud on the upper right corner of the back wall. Keep the nut loose until the drawer is re-installed into the Auto Sentry. When the drawer is re-installed in the Auto Sentry, the bill dispenser power and data cable on the inside of the Auto Sentry will attach here.
- Attach the new included AS3CBL01ADPT power cable and AS2CBL61 data cable to the bill dispenser.
- Re-install the drawer with the new walls onto the left and right slides in the Auto Sentry. Attach the power and data cables inside the Auto Sentry through the cable clamp on the back wall. Tighten the nut holding the cable clamp. Set the new DeLaRue bill dispenser on the new walls in the Auto Sentry. The 3 screws on each side of the bill dispenser will rest in the notches on top of the new walls. If the DeLaRue bill dispenser has 2 denomination sections, the bottom denomination will be between the walls.
