Active Club members are entitled to select service(s) each time they visit a car wash. How they redeem their club wash will vary depending on which device they redeem on and what methods of detection are available to the device of choice.

Auto Sentry Club Redemption
The Auto Sentry allows club members to redeem a wash by detecting their vehicle through LPR, RFID or Mobile Application, verifying their information with WashConnect to confirm the eligibility and wash level for the customer.
The Auto Sentry will wait until the attached ultrasonic vehicle sensor detects a vehicle before triggering the RFID or LPR to activate.
- If a vehicle is not detected, this can be overwritten by simply tapping “detect my vehicle” from the main menu on the auto sentry.
- If the customer is still unable to be detected, this can be forced by swiping an admin/manager card on the card reader, then entering the RFID/License of the vehicle.
- Please contact ICS Support if you are having to force multiple vehicles.
Point of Sale Club Redemption
Traditional Point of Sale terminals can also allow club members to redeem their wash by searching for the customer information from the Open Shift screen on the Touch POS verify a club member.
- If the site has an RFID or License Plate Reader for the POS, click the RFID button to identify the customer:
-OR- - If the site does not have an RFID or License Plate Reader, click the Edit Customer button to search for the customer by name, license plate, or other identifying information that is saved to their customer account in WashConnect:
After a customer is located, the wash will automatically grant any wash options assigned to the Club Profile for the customer’s chosen club level. Please add any extra(s) if desired and finalize the transaction as you would any other transaction within the Open Shift screen.
