This guide will show how to look up the various types of historical information related to a specific customer with the intention of assisting with resolving customer related questions.

Manage Customer Screen Overview
The Customer information is found in the Manage Customers screen. You can locate specific customers and then view their history with the following tools:
- View Vehicle Transaction History, which shows the customer's transaction history to track club autobilling and washes granted to club and fleet members.

- View Membership History, where you can track renewals, declines, and terminations for club memberships.
Knowing the Application listed here will provide insight into where the change was made, which will in turn, help answer membership related questions:
- Autobilling: This indicates changes made by the Autobilling service that runs each day at a set time. This will show whether a customer is billed successfully or not.
- TouchPOS: This indicates changes made at a Point of Sale through the Open Shift tab. Please see the “Modified By” field to see who was logged in at the time of the change.
- CoreGatewayServer: This indicates changes made by the customer themselves while at an Auto Sentry Payment Terminal.
- WashConnect Web: This indicates changes made within the WashConnect software by an operator. Please see the “Modified By” field to see who was logged in at the time of the change.

WashConnectWeb External API: This indicates changes made to the WashConnect software from an external API. A common example of this is if the change is made from a 3rd party application.

View Credit Card History, which shows Active Credit Card history to track any changes to the customers credit card information.

View Vehicle Information History to track any changes to their Vehicle information.

View Customer Purchase History
There is more than one way to find a customer’s transaction history.
Within Vehicle Transaction History: (Recommended)
- Navigate to Clubs > Reports > Vehicle Transaction History.
- Enter the date or date range we want to find transactions for.

Enter the License plate number for the License of the vehicle.
-or-
Enter the RFID number for the customer (if available) - Click the Search button to pull up a record of every Autobill and every Usage for this customer within the date range defined.
Within Manage Customers:
- Navigate to Customers > Manage Customers
- Search for the specific customer

Click the customer, then the Vehicle Transaction History button after locating the customer in Manage Customers.

Define a date or date range to answer transaction related questions.
The Summary section will show the customers information, along with Revenue statistics for the date or date range defined in the search section. - The Autobilling section will show when the customer was last billed for their membership.
- The Usage section will show when the customer bought or received a wash.
Within Open Shift and Ticket Generation:

Navigate to TouchPOS > Open Shift if at the local level of WashConnect.

Navigate to TouchPOS > Ticket Generation if at the corporate level of WashConnect. -
Search by license plate
-or-
by customer name
- Select the Customer.
- Select the View Vehicle button to view the Vehicle History, which will include their transaction history.

Define a date or date range to answer transaction related questions.
View Customer Statistics
- Navigate to Customers > Manage Customers.
- Search for the specific customer.

Click the customer, then the Edit Customer button.
Alternate method: Double-click the customer name. -
Look for the Statistics Section of the Customer Information tab.
View Customer Promotions
There are additional promotional metrics that can be found in the customer information tab. For full details, please refer to the Help Article on Promotion Management.
View Club Related Customer Information:
If the customer needs to know their club related information (RFID, Club Level, Expiration/Billing date), this can be found in the WashConnect Manage Customer Section.
- Navigate to Customers > Manage Customers.
- Search for the specific customer.
- Click the customer, then the Edit Vehicle button.
The Vehicle Information tab appears.
NOTE: You will need the proper privileges assigned in Security Roles to make any changes to this information. - View the vehicle License, RFID, Club Level, Expiration Date and Status of the vehicle.
- You may need to scroll down to view the price for the customers next billing instance.
- If the site is on WashConnect 1.8.2.18 or above, there is an option to Edit the club level and set the effective date, this will cause the customer to be billed for the new club level on the change effective date.
