It's possible to schedule a customer's Club Membership to change to a different club. A built-in feature is available for the User to change a customer's club membership with the privilege granted to do so.
NOTE: Please do not confuse these instructions with Edit Customer's Club Membership Billing Date.
Prerequisites:
- The site must be running on WashConnect 1.8.2.18 or higher.
- Please contact ICS Support if you would like your site to be updated in order to make use of this feature.
- The user performing this procedure must have the privilege assigned in Security Roles in order to perform this action of scheduling Club changes. This feature is not enabled by default.

Scheduling a Club Membership Level Change
- ICS recommends performing this change from the corporate login at WashConnect Login.
- NOTE: local site login is possible, if needed.
- Select Customers > Manage Customer.
- Using the search filters, search for a customer.
- From the search results, click on the Customer's name to select.
- Click the Edit Vehicle button.
- Click the Edit Club button.
- NOTE: If this option does not appear or is greyed out, then this privilege needs to be setup for the User in Security Roles.
- In the New Club box, choose the intended club membership to change to.
- Click the Effective Start Date Calendar button, and set the specific date for this change to occur.
- If no date is entered, the club membership change happens immediately.
- If a future date is chosen, ICS recommends setting the start date at least 3 days ahead of today's current date.
- Example: Customer wishes to upgrade to a new club level on their next billing day.
- Click the Accept button to finalize the changes, and then the click the Close button.
The scheduling of the new Club Membership level has now been set.
Confirming the new Club Membership Change

If you are not already there, select Customers > Manage Customer.

Using the search filters, search for a customer.

From the search results, click on the Customer's name to select.

Click the Edit Vehicle button.

From the Vehicle dialog box, verify the club level change is correct, and then click the Accept button to confirm the club level change.
The Club Membership changes are confirmed.
Canceling the new Club Membership Change

If you are not already there, select Customers > Manage Customer.

Using the search filters, search for a customer.

From the search results, click on the Customer's name to select.

Click the Edit Vehicle button.

From the Vehicle dialog box, select the Cancel Club Change button.

Click the Save button to finalize the cancellation of the club level change.
