Please see the following instructions for how to manipulate vehicles within the Stack Management section of WashConnect, you can tap on the screen or click with your mouse.
- Tap on the vehicle we want to move.

Tap Move Front to move the vehicle forward one place in line.

Tap Move Back to move the vehicle back one place in line.

Tap Move To Pending to take the vehicle out of the stack queue and place it into the Pending queue.

To move a vehicle from pending to stack, tap on the vehicle, then tap on the Stack.

To remove a Vehicle from the Stack permanently, tap the Remove button.

To confirm, tap the Yes button.
- Tap the Edit button to modify the sales items assigned to this vehicle (Requires TouchPOS capability).

Tap the Fire Roller button to activate the Roller Relay defined in the Tunnel Master WBC.

The Cancel Roller button when depressed will Deactivate the Roller Relay defined in the Tunnel Master WBC.

Tap the Add to Stack button if adding a vehicle to the stack that has already
purchased a wash. -
Enter the ticket or license associated with a wash to add to the stack.
- Tap the Yes button.

Tap the Wetdown button to open the Gate Management screen.

Tap the Start Wetdown button.

Tap the Yes button to confirm.

The Wetdown will last for the number of seconds defined for this function in the Tunnel Master WBC.

OPTIONAL: Tap the Stop Wetdown button to preemptively stop a Wetdown before the number of seconds defined in the Tunnel Master WBC.

Tap the Reload Car button if a vehicle is missing customer or wash information (Requires TouchPOS).

Tap the Reprint Receipt button to print the receipt of the currently selected
Vehicle.
NOTE: Need to have a network or a directly attached receipt
printer in order for this to function. -
Tap the Refund Ticket button to send the ticket or purchase to the TouchPOS
screen in order to refund. -
Tap the Idle Conveyor button to start the conveyor for the amount of seconds
defined in the Tunnel Master WBC settings.
