WashConnect’s Alert Service can be used to automatically notify personnel about issues on ICS Software, Payment Terminals, Point of Sales, Signs and Tunnel Controllers by email. This document will cover how to enable Alerts in WashConnect, along with some recommended alerts that should be considered.

Alert Service Prerequisites
Before Alerts can be configured, you will need to setup an Email Server in WashConnect Settings.
- ICS Recommends configuring Alerts at each local site in order to receive that site's alerts.

How to Subscribe to Alert Emails
- Select Configuration > Alerts.
- Select your User Name from the User dropdown list.
NOTE: Only one email address per user. - In the Recipient Email box, type an email address to receive alerts.
- In the Confirm Email box, type in the recipient email address again to confirm.
*Optional:* Click an event type button: Critical, Warning, Informational, or Timed. - Expand the Alert Sections by clicking the expand node button.
- Select the Alerts to be notify the user by clicking to select the alert number checkbox.
- Tip: Use the Component Type dropdown to filter the alerts by types such as Bill Dispenser, or Club Service.
- Pro tip: Press the CTRL and F keys simultaneously on your keyboard to pull up the Find window. Enter a word related to a device in order to easily find alerts centered around the word/device.
- Press the Save Icon to finalize your choices.
Recommended Alerts: In-bay Fuel Sites
There are many alerts that are available for many different types of car wash businesses and these alerts can vary for different hardware that may or may not exist on your specific car wash site. Please read each of these settings carefully to understand its use before adding it to your email subscriptions.

Daily Operations:
- Error 2000F – Indicates a wash closed equipment error.

Hardware:
- Error 39001 – Indicates that Net Fuel cannot connect to the pump side. Example: washes cannot be sold at the pump.
- Error 10603 – Indicates that the Petro is out of paper.

Software:
- Error 10101 – Indicates deviceint has closed.
- Error 11303 – Indicates a fatal error with the SIO board.
- Error 11304 – Indicates the temperature is too low in the Petro.
- Error 11305 – Indicates the temperature is too high in the Petro.

Wash Equipment:
- Error 2000E – Indicates the In-bay wash equipment has entered into error mode.

- 59005 – Fatal Error in ICS Core Service
- 50007 – Connection Error with ICS Core Service

- 2002E – Touch Software could not connect to CAGE
- 20001 – Fatal error in Touch Software

Coin Acceptor and Dispenser related:
- 10304 –There is no coin acceptor component connected
- 10522, 10542, 10562 –Coin Hopper (Dispenser) is Jammed
- 10522 is for hopper 1
- 10542 is for hopper 2
- 10562 is for hopper 3

Bill Acceptor related:
- 10202/10257 – Bill Acceptor encountered hardware failure
- 10202 is for the legacy Bill Acceptor models
- 10257 is for the modern Bill Acceptor models
- 10204/10259 – Bill is jammed in Bill Acceptor
- 10204 is for the legacy Bill Acceptor models
- 10259 is for the modern Bill Acceptor models
- 10202/10257 – Bill Acceptor encountered hardware failure

- 1082B – Internal software error from bill dispenser task
- 1100/1800 – First ($1) Cassette is empty
- 1100 is for the legacy Bill Dispenser models

- 2100/2800 – Second ($5) Cassette is empty
- 2100 is for the legacy Bill Dispenser models
