PLU Numbering Recommendations

The tables below provide the suggested numbering format that ICS uses when setting up sales items for a new site. This is a general recommendation for how a site could organize it’s service numbering to allow for the most efficient management of the sales items.

Variable:

The following PLU number ranges are recommendations for any wash, but not required:

PLU Number Range	Typical Wash Services and Options
1-99	Base and Extra Wash Options
100-199	Gift Card Options
200-299	Club & Fleet Redeem Items (see 1000+ if site creates packages for these)
300-599	Impulse items (such as air fresheners)
600-699	Corporate Washes for Ticket Generation
700-799	Discount Options (See 1000+ for Discount Coupons, must be 4 digits)
800-899	Club Extras
1000+	Discount Coupons and Packages, if needed

Static:

Club Services and Wash Books are required to be used in the following PLU number ranges only and cannot be created outside the specified ranges:
