Configuration Menu Overview
The following is an overview of the Configuration Menu in the WBC:
-
Tunnel Settings: Every setting that will affect the operation of your tunnel aside from the equipment timing itself.
Example: Settings for Pulse Length, Keypad operation, Roller related settings. - Relays: Physical timing of your equipment relays & related programmed, refer to this section to add or change the function of specific equipment that is being controlled by the WBC.
- Services: Name, price and other specifications of each wash, add-on and retract services.
- 48 Auxiliary Inputs: Programming for the auxiliary inputs that can be used for sensors tied to chemical/oil drums in your equipment room.
-
Timed Outputs: Programming for optional outputs that activate based on time of day & day of the week settings.
Example: Outputs tied to the lot lights, programmed to turn on at 7PM each day. - VFD Fault Actions: Reserved for a WBC tied to a VFD to configure responses.

Refer to the Tunnel Master wbc User Manual for more details on the Tunnel Settings.
Reports Menu Overview
Shift: Daily, Monthly, or Yearly Shift records to reflect how many washes the WBC performed.
-
- NOTE: Name and price of the services shown in these reports is dependent on what is set within the SERVICES section.
- Reports can be exported to a .CSV file, or printed directly if needed by using the Export and Print buttons next to the report information.
NOTE: The Name, Price, and Rate are overridden by WashConnect settings, if we are selling this wash with the ICS Software.
Actions Menu Overview
-
Bump Shift: Resets the Car count by closing the current shift, and then opens a new shift.
- This is likely done automatically, but can be done manually if needed.
- This will only effect WBC reports; WashConnect reports are not effected by bumping a shift.
- Test Pickup Bed Sensor: Checks the Pickup Bed Sensor by continuously posting the distance that is being detected by the sensor over a 30 second period. This is useful for confirming a sensor is accurately reading changes in distance.
- Get Distance to Tunnel Floor: Checks the Pickup Bed Sensor by posting a single instance of the current distance that is being detected by the sensor. This is useful for confirming the mounting height requirement is being met.
