DBC Refresh Error on Payment Terminals

If your Payment Terminal is showing DBC Refresh, do these steps:

1. Press the Windows key on the keyboard or click the Windows button on the menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click in the Search Windows box.
   
   
   
   
3. Type Services.
   
   
   
   
4. In the search results, click Services.
5. Click ICSCoreGateway.
   
   
   
   
6. Click the Start text link.
   
   
   
   
7. Minimize the Services window, and click the Cancel button on the TouchPOS screen to reload the menu.
   • Please wait up to 1 minute before trying the Cancel button again if it does not reload the menu properly.
