Setting Up Club Sell Styles for Auto Sentry

What are Club Sell Styles?

Club Sell Styles give you different options for when and how your Club Services are offered to customers at your Payment Terminals. This choice can be made for a single lane or an entire site, depending on your site needs.

None Club Sell Style Explanation

When the None Clubs Sell Style is selected, the Auto Sentry is able to play an optional video explaining how clubs work, and the customer has the option to select Go To Clubs button and the Wash Club menu appears, or select the No Thanks, Buy a Wash button and then it takes you to the main options menu.  
 

Active Club Sell Style Explanation

When Active Clubs Sell Style is selected.  Customers are immediately given the Wash Club menu and an optional video can play explaining your club options.  The below custom screen is an example of the first screen customers view if active selling for clubs is set up.  Otherwise, this screen will not appear:

Passive Club Sell Style Explanation:

When Passive Clubs Sell Style is selected. The main options screen appears with Join Wash Club button.

Below is an example of custom graphics for the first screen customers will view if passive selling for clubs is set up. This is the main options screen:

Changing Club Sell Style: 

1. Logon to WashConnect at the site.
2. From System Setup menu, select Devices, and then click Settings.
3. In Device Type, select Auto Sentry.
4. In Device Name, select the Device name from the list.
5. In Settings Type, select Touch Configuration.
6. In Settings, select Clubs.
   
7. From the Clubs Sell Style, select one of the three selling styles from the list  
   • None
   • Active
   • Passive
8. Click the Save button.
