If a customer is missing a bonus point, punch card, or wash book count, this can be adjusted with the proper privilege in WashConnect.
To confirm user has this privilege:
- Log in to the Corporate level of WashConnect.
- Select Users > Security Roles.
- Click on the Role that should have this privilege.
- Click the Edit button.
- Locate the Update Promotion Information privilege within the Touch POS > Open Shift section.
- Click to select the Update Promotion Information box to allow this privilege, or click again to remove the checkmark.
After this Privilege is granted, follow these steps to modify a customers promotional count:
- With the Update Promotion Information privilege, the user may log in to WashConnect at the local Site.
- Select TouchPOS > Open Shift.
- Search for the customer with the license plate -or- use the blue Edit Customer button and search for them by name.
- Confirm to "use customer information for next transaction”.
- Click the Edit Customer button and view the customer information form.
- Please input the new quantity for the desired Promotion or Wash Book.
