Any Customer that has been created in WashConnect, either through a point of sale (POS) or an Auto Sentry club purchase will appear in the Manage Customers section of WashConnect. Please follow these steps to locate customers:
- Log in to WashConnect.
- Navigate to Customers > Manage Customers.
- Use the Search Records panel, and make filter criteria selections from the Rule, Status, Groups, and Level.
- Tip: To ensure that you are searching through all of your customers, check the All box for all the lists: Rule, Status, Groups, and Level.

- In the Search box, type the customer's available search criteria, and then from the In Field box, select the type of search to perform:

- In the Search box, type in customer's last name, and then in the In Field box, select Customer.
- In the Search box, type the license plate number of the vehicle, and then in the In Field box, select License.
- In the Search box, type the RFID tag number on the windshield of the vehicle, and then in the In Field box, select RFID.

- Click the Search button.
The results will be a list of all customers who match the search criteria. - If you are unable to locate the specified customer, verify that the Rule and Status filters include the All option in case the customer is not assigned to the Rule or Status in the original search.
NOTE: There are multiple reasons why a customer will not appear in your search results, from incorrect filters set by the user to larger replication problems caused by network issues. Please search for a customer at both the local site level and the corporate level of WashConnect. If the customer appears on one level and not the other, please contact the ICS technical support to investigate the cause.
