Stack Controller does not connect to the WBC (Connection light is not flashing green)

• Reseat ethernet/network cable that connects the Tunnel Master wbc to the network switch.
• Close and reopen the stack controller program.
• If Stack Controller will not connect to the WBC due to a critical issue, such as a network or computer failure, you can change the input device to operate off of the 16-digit entrance keypad, if possible.
