Turn the override switch for the output in question to the up position on the tunnel controller Relay board, then answer the following:
- Does the light for the output on the tunnel controller relay board turn on?
-
Can we see/hear actuation in the Relay?
- If not, check the fuse for the output.
- If issue is still present, and voltage to the relay board is acceptable, consider replacement of the relay board to resolve this issue.
- If not, check the fuse for the output.
-
If the light on the tunnel controller relay board turns on and the relay activates, check the Services/List section to confirm if the output number is added to the necessary wash services.
- If the output type is Selective, the number MUST be listed in order to activate. If the output type is Mandatory or Deselective, the number does NOT need to be listed on the service list.
